Judge Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist for an opening with one of our top clients in the Sun City West, AZ Area!
Position Details : Title : Doctor of Physical Therapy Location : Sun City West and Litchfield Park, AZ Type of Engagement : Contract 13 weeks Rate : Competitive and Dependent on Exp Hours : 30-40 hours a week Specific Duties :
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare professionals and family members.
Requirements / Qualifications :
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Valid PT license in the state of Arizona.
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to float between La Loma in Litchfield Park and Grandview in Sun City West.
- Availability to start on 02-05-2024.
